TRANPARENCY With all coverage options, there are no hidden fees. My pricing is upfront and transparent. There is no small print with the way I do business. This way you know the cost of everything before you get started. All rates include tax and there are no extra travel fees.
INSURANCE My business is fully insured like any professional you hire should be. One recent industry survey (on The Knot & WeddingWire) estimated 90% of photographers, videographers, and DJs, have no business liability insurance even when they claim they do. I will provide a $2-million certificate of insurance (COI) for your reception venue upon request.
EMERGENCY PLAN ‘B’ In the event of any last-minute accident or injury to me or your photographer, I always have one of my team available as a ‘plan b’ just in case needed for any date. We have never missed a booking, and all my shooters are experienced wedding photographers who have shot at least 250 solo weddings so you would not be ‘making do’ or compromising quality at all. I also help run a wedding network in NY and New England in case needed for that last-minute OMG my DJ or videographer said they can't make it. This way you don’t need to panic as I can help find someone you would be very happy with who is a top professional.
ALBUMS & MORE I have a selection of upscale leather wedding albums (50+ leather cover colors + linens options); flush-mounted coffee-table designer albums too if that is your cup of tea. There are many options and choices a couple can select a la carte post-wedding including canvas wraps and more.
DIGITAL ONLINE VIEWING. After your wedding, you will receive all your edited pictures on a flash drive (and a backup copy). Digital online viewing is always included for at least five years with any coverage selected. This is a great way to share your pictures with all your family and friends. There is no copyright protection or logos imprinted on images on your flash drives or your digital online viewing link. This way a couple can download, print and share at NO extra cost. You have complete control of your pictures.
SOCIAL MEDIA & YOUR PRIVACY I am not on FB, X, or Instagram etc., and never share images on social media. The relationship I have with a couple who hire our services is very straightforward and simple. We work for you. You are in charge and have full control of your edited images post-wedding. You can ‘password protect’ your digital online link if preferred.
HANDS-ON PICTURE EDITING I personally handle all picture editing and album design post-wedding. Nothing is computer-generated or run through an AI ‘one-size fits all’ editing program that many lazy photographers use to rush things through. I love hands-on editing with true colors that are authentic and not photoshopped looking and/or over saturated. Light and airy yes, authentic always, plus great lighting and color. I avoid the dark or moody, gothic-looking style that some photographers seem to like. Your pictures will also be level. We don’t do crooked or tilted-looking pictures as these never stand the test of time. Classic, classy, editing is my approach and style with everything.
TWO-CAMERA COVERAGE I have two camera coverage available. Let me know if you are interested and I will send helpful information on this a la carte option and my thoughts on why you really wouldn't need this extra expense if you hire our services.
TIMELINE DETAILS When it comes to timing and the flow of your wedding day, if helpful, I will prepare a detailed ‘game plan' for you with timeline details for everything relative to our side of things with pictures. This map of your day will include a lot of helpful information that will allow you to have an enjoyable stress-free experience and not end up rushed or running late.
DISCOUNTS & BONUSES I love saving couples money and have reduced rates for any midweek (Monday through Thursday), Friday/Sunday dates (excluding holiday weekends); and ‘off-peak’ winter dates from November through March. Plus, if you are an educator, medical professional, military (past of present), pet owner, self-employed, have young children, or support an EPL team, I’ve got you covered. You will receive a bonus of a 16x20 (or 16x24) canvas wrap of your choice and extended online viewing for 15 years.
